Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bernstein account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
